Figure out multi-user install.
Create a way to manage the operating system for any user wanting to try the .dotfiles config.

Right now, it's very tailored for user "alex"

hmmm... what if I replace alex with a call to a program which lists the current $USER somehow not nix's admin/root on rebuild...
