          <p>การวิเคราะห์อารมณ์ความรู้สึกที่แสดงออกผ่านทางภาษา เทคโนโลยีนี้เป็นที่นิยมมากเนื่องจากข้อมูลทางด้านความคิดเห็นนั้น
            สามารถแปลงค่าไปเป็น applications และความรู้เชิงลึก (insights) เพื่อประกอบและชี้นำการตัดสินใจ
