Aria template tester link

It would be useful as well to have a link in the page:

http://[host]:[port]/attester/index.html

to the manual tester:

http://[host]:[port]/aria/tester/index.html

like the one that already exists for the node coverage report.

Commit attester/attester@426df25 adds a link to the manual tester, which is already configured to load an automatically generated test suite containing all the configured tests.
