Steps to Reproduce
run a release in this repository
once you approve the PR created by the GH actions bot, it will show
Merging is blocked
Code scanning is waiting for results from CodeQL for the commits d6800c2 or 7921c7e.
Expected Behavior
It should let the dev merge after required approvals
Actual Behavior
it is not letting us merge
