Provide runtime logs when invocation fails

Description

Existing starter toolkit provides tail commands to quick tail for logs from runtime, in agentcore-cli thats not readily available. With richer UI of agentcore-cli that will also hopefully be a nicer experience, makes the debugging cycle much more quicker.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Runtime logs accessible right when invocation failed
2. Runtime logs optionally available as required
3. Trace view available across primitives directly from cli
