dash needs to be proxied to run on TLS - provide instructions on how to do this with Apache and Nginx.

server can run on TLS, but it can also be fronted by nginx/apache - provide instructions on this and how/why you should or should not do this.

@brainJamStark we need to also explain how and when (or when not) to use context to proxy to dash or server eg axonops.mycompany/dash goes to dash on its port and axonops.mycompany goes to server on its port.

Preference would be to have seperate host names all coming in on 443 - but we need to explain how to do this or use context
