Magisk Manager APP uninstalls itself on first launch

I'm running it with Gapps in an Ubuntu VM on my Macos M1 Pro. The build works, Gapps are installed, magisk is installed... But when I open it it's running pm uninstall itself.

Reverting stuff/magisk.py to v30.6 (the prior release) resolves it.

same problem here, reverting to v30.6 helped me too

it seems magisk 30.7 introduced an environment validation or installation check that fails under redroid's magisk setup.

HI bro, i use this repo to build gapps ( lg and mtg i have try) and magisk into redroid 12 , 13 ,14 in plateform of debian13, but all of the images but magisk is crashed and uninstall itself. i tried to use magisk v30.6, but the problem never resolved. can u tell me 2 question:

1. if i have used v30.7 and modify the site to v30.6 in magisk.py, do i need to remove the cache in ./magisk and /tmp/magisk_unpack;
2. can you tell me what version of redroid you choice and what is the arch ?
3. which gapps you select ?
4. do you build ndk and -w into your image ?
