Double Feature records created

Bug Report

When using the 5-step wizard to create a E24 Feature from a E27 Heritage Place, two identical records are created (with two different IDIHA-F-numbers). This is the first time this happened, but it happened so far twice for the same record. Will test and report if it happens in other records too.

In the screenshot, IDIHA-F-0000122 and -123 are the same record created twice after filling in the wizard once.

Repeated with different Heritage Place record, only one feature was recorded - so the bug only occurs sometimes, so far in one record. Unknown why.

This issue has so far not occurred again.
