Your change log file FiraGO_1001_CHANGE_LOG.rtf needs to be renamed FiraGO_1001_CHANGE_LOG.md

Trivial to fix. I would, but I rarely submit pull requests, and thus to do so is an ordeal for me. I leave it to someone else.
