Proposal: Add Korean translation for README.md

Hi, I'm a Korean developer who recently became interested in this project while looking into alternatives to React Hot Toast.
I’d love to contribute by adding a Korean translation of the README.md so that Korean developers can more easily understand and adopt this library.

Motivation

• There are many Korean developers using React Native, but not all of them are comfortable reading English documentation.
• A translated README could help broaden the library’s reach and make onboarding easier.

Plan

• Create a new file README.ko.md with the Korean translation.
• Add a small "Translations" section in the main README.md linking to the Korean version (if that’s acceptable).

Would this contribution be welcome? If so, I’ll start working on a PR. 🚀

Hi! I would gladly welcome a Korean translation. A README would be a great start to making this more accessible to other developers. I will be releasing another version shortly and would love to package these changes with your Korean translations
