Scopes pooling and stagnating

Many scopes that are being watched aren't ending, and are just adding up. For some reason this also makes it harder to catch any new scopes that are starting.

Have this same issue myself. The only fix is to restart the script, which is sadly annoying :( Often when I revisit it there is a backlog of undownloaded broadcasts.
