docs: github-workflow.md Milestones section lists shipped milestones as active planning targets #1269

Description

@codeforester

The Milestones section lists five milestone targets (v0.1.0 through v1.0.0) using present-tense planning language ("Current public baseline", "Installer, Homebrew…polish") as if they are future goals. All five have shipped — the project is now at 1.3.0 and v1.0.0 shipped 2026-06-14. A new contributor reading this section cannot distinguish historical milestones from live planning targets, making the section actively misleading.

Fix: Either archive the shipped milestone descriptions and replace with the current active milestone tracking approach (link to GitHub Milestones), or mark each entry explicitly as historical (e.g., "SHIPPED — v0.1.0") and add a note that milestone planning for 1.x releases happens on the GitHub Milestones page.
