docs: basectl README workspace entry missing shipped workspace init and workspace configure

The README's "Current subcommands" workspace line shows workspace status/check/doctor/clone/pull but omits workspace init (shipped 1.2.0) and workspace configure (shipped 1.3.0). The workspace entry is also inconsistent in style with other expanded entries like ci setup/check/doctor and repo init/clone/check/configure/….

Fix: Update the workspace entry to workspace status/check/doctor/clone/pull/init/configure to reflect all shipped subcommands, matching the style of the other grouped command entries.
