Improve html display

We should improve the looks of the generated html:

• display the tags (see display tags inline with date #70)
• display the dates (depends on Do something with the extracted dates! #35)
• improve the css (use bootstrap?)
• math support (Add math support with KaTeX #36)
• Fix the regression (Font for code blocks #13)

With the new Table of Contents feature, I get some weird display issues under Linux. The colour of the titles changes with the addition of the ToC. The effect is also present on Firefox and Chrome, so it is not only the Qt html display.

The problem is absent under Windows, as far as I can tell.

OK, this looks like pandoc creates the headers as links.

1. Can you check if they are indeed links?
2. Is it a link to itself?
3. Is every header created the same or is it for example just the first links after the TOC? (f.e. a group isn't closed correctly and 'leaks' into the header)

As I wrote in gitter, I'm encountering the same behaviour on windows 10 with pandoc 1.11.1 and python 2.7.10.

the titles are actually links to itself. That's why they get rendered differently
the question is, why only with TOC active and why not on our other systems. (Versions?)

edit: I get the same behaviour when I use python 3.4 .. maybe the pandoc version?

Merging #56 should have solved the issue of the colored title when using toc, no?

I'm sorry, I can't reproduce the problem any more because my python setup changed since then. I don't see any problem with the current state of devel. The headers don't get generated as links to themselves
