Add the manpages to the upstream repo

Hi, I created two manpages for /usr/bin/bazaar and /usr/bin/bazaar-dl
Could you add those to the upstream repo?
Then the other packagers can use they.
N: I can't send a PR, my internet is very bad.

Sorry, I can't push to github because of my internet.
