STAC generation is missing important metadata fields

The tooling generating a STAC from FORCE data cubes is still very bare-bones. In particular, It does not include any metadata specific to the processor used (l2ps, tsa, ...), some of which is encoded in the file names.

An update to the STAC generation should include:

• Adding eo:bands at least for level 2
• Parsing of FORCE file names, see for example output format documentation for TSA
• Input parameters from the parameter file
• The media type (it is set as media_type in the code, but the field does not appear in the output)
• Handling of different output types (for TSA)
