The STAC generation framework introduced in #33 includes the CITEME file as an asset for the data cubes generated by FORCE. We should consider adding the citation information to the STAC metadata directly to make it more accessible and visible for OpenEO users of FORCE.
There is a "scientific" STAC extension that we can use: https://stac-extensions.github.io/scientific/v1.0.0/schema.json
The CITEME file seems to follow an easily parseable schema, but I am unsure how reliable this is (as the entries are likely added by hand).
We can test this or request/contribute bibtex generation to FORCE in addition to the CITEME file.
