With the current implementation, each call to FORCE TSA will download the entire level 2 cube, no matter how the temporal_extent and x_tile_range/y_tile_range parameters are set. When enabling larger scale FORCE level 2 workflows, it becomes important to support selective downloads of only the necessary inputs.
