Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@google-cloud/bigquery](https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-node/tree/HEAD/handwritten/bigquery). These dependencies need to be updated together.
