I opened Chrome Javascript console but I don't know too much about this.

I clicked 1fadd6d:8346 90 and shown "$.ctrl=function(key,callback,args){$(document).keydown(function(e){if(!args)args=[];console.log(e.keyCode)"

And it's all response code.
(6) 17 for Ctrl only.
(6) 38 for Ctrl + Arrow Up (doesn't work)
(6) 40 for Ctrl + Arrow Down (doesn't work)
(6) 78 for Ctrl + N (success for creating new order)
(6) 90 for Ctrl + Z (success for closing new order)

I hope this helped.
PS: I'm using MAC.

Ok, I see Ctrl Up and Down is reserved on Mac.

I already disable Ctrl + Arrow Down and Ctrl + Arrow UP keyboard shortcuts in osx.
But still the same.

Ok, il will look to go for a less obvious key binding...

All suggestions are welcome.

Of course the best would be to make it configurable, I will look into this
when I have more time.
