Feature

Given that servers require using the helper plugin to work in the cross-server chat, we've only been successful in getting spigot/paper servers to cross chat. However, some of us wanted to use modded servers in a proxy (for example: fabric on velocity using mod FabricProxy-Lite), and unfortunately we can't put the helper plugin as a mod, it wouldn't work. If we could, it would make cross-chat between modded and plugin servers really great.
