[FEATURE] Interaction Statistics

Feature Description

Create a new command, maybe something like /interaction statistics, which allows you to view your statistics for each interaction type. This may require some pagination.

I think when you run /interaction statistics, it should show all statistics, with some statistics about top 5 most interacted-with people.

Then if you run /interaction statistics <TYPE>, it lets you view the statistics only for that type.
