null_term sentinal - unchecked_take_before?

In this paper https://isocpp.org/files/papers/P3705R2.html the need for a sentinal and possibly unchecked_take_before (discussed more in R1) are discussed. Should we consider implementing the null_term here? Seems trivial enough, but doesn't currently have one. @ednolan any thoughts?

null_term and null_sentinel are currently implemented in utf_view:

I plan on splitting them out of utf_view into a separate Beman repository at some point
