Capture weird character '\n'

Sometimes, I get an extra '\n' when capturing stdout using pipe_read, but I'm sure it is not from the called process.

I did some tests and windows is annoying with "\n", you can explicitly set stdout/stdcerr to binary mode. testHighFrequency might be of interest to you to try and replicate your issue in a way I can reproduce: https://github.com/benman64/subprocess/blob/master/test/basic_test.cpp#L465

There is probably something I'm doing wrong that I don't understand, "\n" becomes -> "\r\n" -> "\r\r\n" which is really quite odd. I usually work in binary mode which is a factor in me not understanding text mode. Someone will have to explain to me what to do in text mode.
