Bombable needs a way to ignore certain pilots/ac over MP. They might be doing something malicious, they might just have a buggy version of bombable that is causing problems, they might just be pesky or whatever.
Simplest way, is if that pilot is checked as 'ignore' on the MP pilots list, Bombable would respect this by not sending OR receiving any bombable mp messages (for damage given or received, or anything else) with the 'ignored' pilot.
