How to change from USB to CAN

Hello,
I saw there are already some entries for CAN. I prefer CAN connection due to high intereference with Magnetic drives in my printer.
Is there a "how to" for that? Also the pin which is Can H and L as well as the other two pins (24V or 5V or?
