BirdNET Analyzer GUI - segment creation

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create segments using the BirdNET Analyzer GUI. However, whenever I run "extract segments", I get an error saying "path is on mount 'D:', start on mount "H:'".

For context, my selected audio directory is on drive 'H:', my selected result and output directories are on drive 'F:'. I am not sure where mount 'D:' is coming from in the error message.

Am I only able to create and save segments that are on the same external hard drive as the audio directory?

Any help or advice would be most appreciated. Thank you!

Can you post the full error log? (Check the settings tab)
If you are using external hard drives make sure they are connected before you start up the BirdNET Analyzer GUI, because of the way gradio (our frontend library) works we have to "allow" all possible drives, but only the ones enabled at startup are considered.
