Program closes on startup

After running the .exe file, a command prompt window opens up, prompting me to press any key to continue. Icon is present in taskbar but is not responsive. on key press, program closes and icon in taskbar disappears.
If you're still around 3 years later, I would love some advice!

Hi, can you provide some technical details to reproduce:

• What's your OS and version
• What's your GPU, CPU and other hardware
• What driver version do you have
• Steps you taken

Here is what I have tried so far. As I only even learned about shadertoy yesterday I may well be making an ignorant config error, but I swear I did try to follow the directions!

1. I grabbed the release and unzipped it, so I have a directory with Vebro_x64.exe, glew32.dll, freeglut.dll
2. I copied your example shader into a new text file main.glsl and placed it in the vebro directory
3. I opened cmd, navigated to the vebro directory, and did: Vebro_x64.exe --main main.glsl

The console shows:

C:\Users\username\Downloads\Vebro_1.0_x64\x64>WorkerW enumeration failed
Failed initialization of GL context or Worker window
Press any key to continue . . .

If I add --debug the debug output window shows:

I also tried with code from this Shadertoy that I have gotten working in a Windows screen saver called Shadersave. (This simple shadertoy only has code in Image.) So, I do not think there is a problem with my GPU setup in general.

Next I tried to create a pack from that aurora shadertoy and run that. get-pack.py created an output directory so I did:
Vebro_x64.exe --pack ./Auroras/Auroras.json

This produced the same error as before.

If I try to invoke a file that doesn't even exist...
Vebro_x64.exe --main foo.bar

Same error.

So, it seems like vebro is dying before it even gets to try and parse my input files.

I have no problems with other 3d apps and games.

@Emstar Hi, I can suggest to try to update gl libraries and/or rebuild it from source. Unfortunatelly I can not debug it right now because I've moved to linux
