Report to member when their badge is added/used #4
Description
Makey should message a member whenever their badge is used to unlock the front door, and when the badge add function is run for them. Might help keep track of usage, and let's people know that makey is ready for them to scan the new badge when adding.
Maybe also add a message to the user when clearing their badges? That's mostly used for correcting broken/lost badges, so it will likely follow a badge add, so it could also just be a bunch of noise.
