Requirements issue

Hey guys,

So im at ETH-Denver right now and wanted to hack together a little faucet, so i can Onboard more people to celo.
Came about your sdk and tried to install it. Got it figured out in the end. But i had to install some modules because i got an error al the time.

**Modules needed for good install:**
`pip install scikit-build`
`pip install cmake`
