Problem or motivation
I am running an S19KPro with LuxOS using an Urlacher setup (PSU emulator and S9 PSU, underclocked to run on 120V). This miner reports as Needs attention with a PSU failure, even though the device is technically running to spec (nominal hashrate ~= real hashrate).
It would be nice to report this as a different status, and generally I think this makes sense. For example, WhatsMiners can report error codes for "low hashrate", which can in many cases be a leftover artifact for an earlier period which they have since recovered from.
Proposed solution
Use a different status for devices which meet their expected hashrate target but have errors, such as "Degraded" or "Possible issue".
