iOS Support

While possible, iOS support is not an area of active investment as we make Trailblaze better with the Android platform. The ability to run tests against iOS using Maestro's Host Mode Driver will be possible when #57 is implemented.

iOS is working! We don't have any examples yet in this repo, so we'll leave this open until we get to it.

We also have Playwright/web working and need examples for that as well.
