lint 和 create blocklet 出来的模板项目这里有冲突。

Expected Behavior

期望，create blocklet 的项目不应该存在 lint 错误

React 应该出现在 devDependencies 里面，因为这个是开发时的依赖，而不是运行时的依赖。

不过源代码的 lint 确实需要处理下。
