Change to some Projects API labels

Currently the label expiry_time is used to denote the expiry time for a minimum payment to be made for a request_project call.

This could easily be confused by a user to mean 'project expiry time'.

Therefore I suggest the following changes:

request_project response:

• expiry_time to quote_expiry_time

get_project_stats response:

• status: pending to status: pending activation
• start_time (the time when the payment window begins) to quote_start_time
