Dependency operations don't wait for object creation

Dependency is working well but because the api doesn't create objects fast enough, new objects get created and when they are a dependency for another object, the api sometimes says the created object does not exist (because it is still pending!)

I believe that a lot of this is now fixed by the stuff that I just merged in from @rubyruy
