Git Submodule Compatibility

I think it would be really cool if the plugin could be directly included via git submodules in a project Plugins folder.
Right now that's not possible, because then you'd clone an entire sample project into your plugins folder.
Suggestion: create a separate sample project repo and refactor this repo such that it contains the .uplugin file at root level ^^

yeah totally agree. i've always been torn on the structure of this and some other plugin-projects. I really didn't want to split repos though, so maybe a branch could work, will think on it
