futureEventsOnly: true flag doesn't work properly [bug]

the default is true, avoid using unless you need to override the default, like futureEventsOnly: true
will fix soon.

On your demo I see that it is only showing future events as the default without setting it in the code, but it isn't working for me this way. I've tried all three ways:
showFutureEventsOnly: false
showFutureEventsOnly: true
& nothing --- none of them work.
