I made the agent run this in a devbox: #94

seems like optional deps are skipped.

I have an agent running in a devbox, so far 200 less warnings.

Down to 190 warnings and errors but this will need manual review (code is in the cedric/comply-ty-errors-warnings branch)

When we start opening PRs for this, we should aim to do it as incrementally as possible. I don't want the 100s of errors being fixed in one big PR. Impossible to review.
