Network stats in dashboard all flatline

Hi I am having trouble getting stats on incoming and outgoing traffic with this docker-compose. All the rest seems to work fine. I read somewhere this could happen when running all this in docker and that you should use network_mode: host. But when I do get an error, have no idea where to go from here, maybe you are willing to help
