Function limits?

Not sure if this is a bug or a limitation but I've just discovered many of our functions don't display within the Bref Dashboard app. I see 19 functions + "All functions", everything after that point alphabetically is like they don't exist?

Turns out I wasn't, rookie mistake!

OK, so it's most definitely a pagination issue, I'm adding that to my TODO list, thank you!

Hey @aran112000, I just pushed an update that should hopefully fix this (I don't have a stack with that many functions ^^)

Basically, I used a different method to fetch all CloudFormation resources, and this one is not limited to the first 90 resources. So with that, it should discover all Lambda functions.

Please let me know if this works better.
