Migrate lein npm dependencies to cljsjs

To enable advanced google closure optimizations, I should probably make cljsjs packages for the dependencies that I'm currently getting from npm, like osc-min.

This isn't a major priority at the moment, but I'm leaving a note so that I don't forget down the road.
