docs: refresh README screenshots with v11 81.0% live caption

EN + RU captures from https://liovina-nl-sql.hf.space at 1440x900 now
show 81.0% / 200 + the seven-lever caption including CHASE-SQL
divide-and-conquer. Corrected-gold caption (67.34% Arcwise-Plat / +6
audit-catches) remains visible.
