Tag list cannot be sorted alphabetically

To Reproduce

1. have an empty database
2. create a new tag group
3. create tags in the tag group
4. click "sort alphabetically" button

Expected behavior
sort the tags alphabetically

I've since made other tag groups and all of those will sort. But this specific one still crashes the program.

Will work on getting this fixed and comment once the commit has been applied; in the meantime, for anyone else who might come across this, the reason this is happening is because you deleted tags and then tried to sort -- currently the sort order field in the corresponding tags SQL table is not being updated when tags are deleted, and this is causing the crash.

The only workaround for you right now is to manually sort the tags alphabetically using the up and down buttons, or delete all the tags and then input them again and click the "Sort alphabetically" button (without deleting any before you do).
