[Enhancement] SQL: Feedback, Completed statuses / number of conversations

Acceptance Criteria

• Add "Total chats" / "Vestluseid kokku". The goal is to see a sum amount of all the displayed chats.
• Unique chats are counted.
• Bureaucrat is counted for all chats that does not involve a CSA.
• When CSA is involved, then the chat is counted as an advisor chat (as-is).
