[BUG] Feedback does not take into account chat status changes

Bug description:

Steps:

1. Create and end a chat
2. Make note of the chat count in analytics/feedback
3. Open the chat in chats/history
4. Change the chat status to something
5. Check analytics/feedback again

Results
The chat status change does not change the chat count in the chat history or in the analytics/chats count but in analytics/feedback, all of the statuses per 1 chat get counted as separate chats, making the counts not add up.
