Analytics feedback

AS A Bürokratt client
I WANT to have a clear understanding of end users feedback
SO THAT I would now who good is Büokratt and how end users are responding

Replace current feedback:

1. Feedback for Bürokratt chats
2. Feedback for CSA chats
3. feedback for selected CSA's

Acceptance Criteria

• New feedback should only show exact metrics
• Feedback will show count for each given rating
• Feedback can be shown only in one scale; 0-10 or 1-5. Based on the selection in the feedback settings
• Average feedback will be shown in the bottom, where currently NPS is shown #667
• Show % of total feedbacks given below average feedback = (total feedback responses/total number of chats)*100

• x axis will show the feedback possible scale
• y axis will show the count of that feedback point
• chats with no feedback will be shown as "-"
• Count number will be shown when hovering over the column
• Maximum on the y axis is 20, will be shown as 20+
• Scales will be 1-20, with 1 step at the time

• Extra choices wil be removed

2 issues still remain to be fixed in follow-up tasks:

1. Analytics still counts chats marked as TEST: [BUG] Analytics/feedback does not take into account chats marked as "TEST" #677
