[BUG] Analytics/feedback does not take into account chats marked as "TEST"

Bug description:

Test environment

Steps

1. Create and end some chats with feedback
2. Open analytics/chats ; analytics/feedback
3. Note that the chat counts in both modules match
4. Open chat history
5. Mark some of the chats as "TEST"
6. Repeat step 2
7. Check the chat counts

Results
Analytics/chats does not count TEST chats towards the total chat count. Analytics/feedback counts all chats regardless of if they are marked as TEST or not.

Expected
The analytics module must ignore all chats that are marked as TEST.
