[BUG] Feedback to Bürokratt counts all chats

Bug description:

Steps

1. Open analytics/feedback
2. Open the "Feedback to Bürokratt chats" view
3. Look at the total count of the chats
4. Compare to the total chats overall

Results
The count of the chats is the same in the overall chats as well as the ones in "Feedback to Bürokratt" view.

The Bürokratt feedback view should filter out any chats that involve a CSA and not count these.
