[BUG] Training model produces error

Bug description:
When the user initializes training of a new model, there is some sort of error that stops the model from being trained. This is responded to the latest-status request and no new model appears under /training/analytics/models :

In addition, the /trained request also produces a 409 response:

Steps

1. Enter backoffice
2. Go to https://admin.test.buerokratt.ee/training/train-new-model
3. Begin training a new model
4. Observe the console
