Contributor guidelines missing

Hi,

My company is interested in having several features implemented/extended, and we might have ideas for making the generation more configurable. Are PRs for these missing features accepted/appreciated?

Mainly interested in seeing;

• Generation for custom actions
• Generation of Includes
• Generation of Pagination Meta
• Generation of Authentication/Authorization

I'm a product manager / developer myself and I can direct time/people to work on these.
If further/closer communication is appreciated, I am also on the Laravel JSON:API Slack.

It might be good to add simple contributor guidelines, just to get people going.
